We accept clients on worker's comp needing skilled and non-skilled nursing services. 

We accept clients who needs respite care. 

Registered Nurse

Responsible for the delivery of client care services through coordination, implementation, and supervision of clients and staff; participate in quality improvement activities within the Agency in compliance with professional standards of practice. RN are responsible for the initial assessment including safety, case management and plan of care according to client's needs, home visits and supervision visits.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Provides services in the client’s home in compliance with agency standards and regulations; ensures that clients receive the highest possible quality of care. Assist RN in implementing care plans for the client.    

Certified Home Health Aide

Provides quality and delivery of home healthcare services; assist clients that reflect the agency’s philosophy and standards.

CHHA are responsible to provide the following assistance:

👍escorts to doctor's appointments

👍medication reminders

👍laundry

👍food shopping

👍bathing, dressing, grooming

👍toileting and incontinence management

👍safety supervision

👍assist with positioning, transfers, and ambulation

👍assist with exercise programs

👍assist with other activities of daily living

We offer up to 24 hour service for private pay or qualified Medicaid clients only.  

Physical/ Occupational Therapist

Provides physical/occupational therapy services to clients as directed by the plan of treatment and in line with the objectives and policy of the agency; supervises staff, creates plan of care according to the individual client's needs and maintains responsibility for implementation and follow-through of the therapy procedures. Therapists help clients reach their maximum performance level, maintaining their fullest functioning abilities in the community. 

Speech Therapist

Evaluates client's language and speech abilities; detects and assesses client's level of funciton; plans and provides rehabilitation services for speech and language disorders such as stuttering, receptive and expressive language delay, apraxia, voice disorders, and other swallowing difficulties.

Skilled Nursing Services at home:

• Medication teaching/administration/management
• Intravenous (IV) Therapy treatment (including IV Hydration Fluid Infusion)
• TPN/ Gastrostomy Feeding
• Family and patient care teaching/training
• Wound care/Dressing changes
• Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (Wound Vac)
• Tracheostomy care and other respiratory treatment
• Pulmonary injury care
• Ventilator care/supervision/support
• Post surgical care/treatment
• Catheter care and maintenance (urinary, drainage, enteral)
• Hemodialysis/Peritoneal dialysis care
• Catastrophic injury care
